What is a PLC ?
A PLC is a one-year
course of study certified by FETAC - the Further Education and Training
Awards Council, which is the national academic body for PLC awards. All PLC
courses are of a Level 5 standard.

We offer Degree Foundation Year courses.

Microsoft (M.O.U.S.)
We are a
designated centre for Microsoft Examinations.
We offer subjects and examinations in Microsoft Office Systems (M.O.U.S.)

How do I
achieve a certificate ?
By successfully
completing 8 modules as pass, merit and distinction level.

I get a 3rd Level Grant ?
YES. Eligible
PLC students are grant-aided by County Wexford Vocational Educational

Certificate with five passes

Mature students (over 23 years) with or without Leaving Certificate.
Entry to some courses will also be subject to interview.

subjects to approval by the Principal.

ECDL
The College is a
registered centre for European Computer Driving Licence examinations.
All PLC Information Technology and Business students are offered this
course in conjunction with the FETAC course.

There are no
tuition fees for PLC course, however students should budget for
examination fees, text books, stationary and other class materials. |
