JCSP Christmas Celebration
The 1st & 2nd year JCSP Christmas Celebration was held on the 7th of Dec. The show was opened by the Prinicipal, Ms. Ryan. Invited guestes, past students and parents were welcomed by Ms. Ryan, Ms. Prendergast (JCSP co-ordinator and Meitheal Leaders. The 2nd years commenced the show with some well defined beating of drums and bodrans led by Austin Clarke. A great evenings entertainment was provided by many talented 1st year students ranging from solo singing, group singing, carol singing, shuffling, dancing and beat box performances. Ms. Ryan, Ms. Jones Broaders and Ms. Dickerson were all on hand to present certificates of achievement to all the hard working and delighted students on the day. Later Parents were invited to taste some light refreshments and purchase some Christmas Wreaths and other decoration on sale in the parents' room. The LCA1 students were in attendance to help parents with their decisions and assist with sales. A successful evening was had by all concerned. We extend all parents a very happy and peacefull Christmas and look forward to working with you in 2012.
